 AWARDS:

Minimum of one trophy in each quad--four players arranged by ratings. We try to place individuals with close
ratings and in the same grade together. We try to avoid pairing provisional players with those who have permanent
ratings.  Adjustment may also be made so that  individuals from same school or club do not play each other as
long as ratings are within 100 pts.  The most current listed rating will be used. At each of the tournaments anyone

not  winning a trophy will receive a chess medal.

 REMINDERS:Ê
You must arrive before 9:30 to check-in and play.  Anyone arriving after 9:30 will not be placed in a Quad if there is no legal pairing.
In Quads there are no byes.  Meaning you must play all three games.  Anyone who drops out is not portraying good sportsmenship.  They are depriving a player of a game they paid for. I have the right to ban that player from attending any more of my events. Of course, emergencies occur
.
