For the last few years, the Weibel Chess Club and Team has had to turn people away after the initial enrollment period. However, most have gotten into the program the second semester or if we were able to create another class. 

 We also have a mailing list for the next school year. In early September we mail an application form to all present members and those who still may remain on the waiting list and those on the mailing list. All those who return the application by the deadline should be able to join the Club or the Team. However, the previous year's members do have priority. Most parents prefer their children to start in the Club and progress to the Team. We always have room on the team for experienced players who are willing to adhere to the competition and time commitment membership on the Team requires.

  Please fill in this form to be placed on the waiting or mailing list. Your child must attend Weibel or live in the Weibel attendence area to be in the Club. We do accept students from Hopkins Junior High School and Mission San Jose High School on the Team only.
